Abstract

A new photosensitizer based on Dasatinib derivative and cationic pyridinium-containing zinc meso-arylporphyrinate was obtained using the CuI-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) at the key step. Submicromolar values of IC50 for the targeted compound were determined using cell lines MCF7 and A431.
