Abstract

Perovskite photodetectors were found to exhibit high responsivity of up to 0.45 A W−1 under low-intensity light irradiation from 4 × 10−9 to 3 × 10−7 W cm−2 (equivalent to 4 × 10−8 to 3 × 10−6 suns). The feasibility of using perovskite-based photodetectors in combination with a scintillator as an indirect X-ray detector with a sensitivity of 75.5 μC Gy−1 cm−2 was demonstrated.
