Abstract

Hydroperoxo intermediates formed by the interaction of [FeII(BPMEN)(MeCN)2](ClO4)2 [BPMEN = N,N’-dimethyl-N,N’-bis-(2-pyridylmethyl)-1,2-diaminoethane] with H2O2 in a CH2Cl2–MeCN mixture were characterised using EPR spectroscopy.
