Abstract

The coordination polymer {[Fe(OH)(H2bta)](H2O)}n from H2O, benzenetetracarboxylate (H4bta = benzenetetracarboxylic acid) and FeIII ions has been hydrothermally synthesised and structurally characterised by single crystal X-ray crystallography.
