Abstract

Trioxilins (as methyl esters) (10S,11S,12S)-TrXB2 and its (8E)-isomer were obtained by selective hydrogenation of the 5,6-double bond in (10S,11S,12S)-TrXB3 11,12-acetonide followed by deprotection.
