Abstract

From the observed regularity that for certain substituents the ΔΔHf0 values for MeRCH2 free radicals and CH2=CH2 → → RCH=CH2 molecules are nearly identical, new or corrected values for the enthalpies of formation were estimated for about 30 gaseous free radicals and molecules.
