Abstract

A comparison of the determined thermodynamic dissociation parameters for [Cu(py)4(NO3)2]·2py with those for analogous Mn, Co, Ni and Zn clathrates indicates the stability of the host molecules as the main contribution to the stability of the resulting clathrates.
