Abstract
Phosphitocavitands, which on sulfurization result in all-cis-thiophosphatocavitands, have been obtained by phosphocyclization of octahydroxytetramethyl[14] metacyclophane with amides of phosphorous acid, as confirmed by 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis.
