Abstract

The synthesis by self-assembly and the spectroscopic characterization of novel complexes containing an Fe2O core with one or two bridge monocarboxylate (AcO-, BzO-, StO-), bidentate (bpy, phen) and labile monodentate (H2O, MeOH) terminal ligands are reported.
