Abstract

New N-isopropyl-N',N'-diphenyl-N-(silylmethyl)ureas were obtained, and their structure was explored by 1H, 13C, 29Si NMR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. These results have shown that N-isopropyl-N', N'-diphenyl-N-[(fluorosilyl)-methyl]ureas exist as (O-Si) chelates with intramolecular dative bond C=O→Si.
