Abstract
A novel N,N’,N”,O-tetradentate Schiff base ligand was obtained by the condensation of salicylaldehyde and 5-(1-hydrazono-ethyl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)pyrazole. Five-coordinated dinuclear copper(ii) complex with this ligand was characterized by XRD analysis, magnetometry and voltammetry.
