Abstract

The addition of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate and 1,2-dibenzoylacetylene to trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane afforded quinoxaline derivatives. The reaction of trans-(1R,2R)-N,N’-diisopropyldiaminocyclohexane with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate gave a new chiral compound.
